We hold valid UK and European operator and Flyer ID’s and operate safely, responsibly and in line with relevant aviation regulations in each Country.

At Cool-Air, safety and legal compliance are at the heart of everything we do. All drone operations are carried out responsibly and in accordance with current UK aviation regulations.
We hold valid UK Flyer and Operator IDs, and flights are conducted following the requirements set out by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
Safe & Responsible Drone Operations
Before every flight we:
Assess the site and the surrounding environment
Carry out a full risk assessment
Review local airspace and any restrictions
Confirm landowner permissions where required
Ensure safe distances from people, property and infrastructure
Put proportionate safety procedures in place
Where necessary, we will also put in place additional permissions or notifications before flying.
Insurance & Commercial Work
All commercial drone work is completed under appropriate insurance cover, including public liability insurance to meet industry expectations.
Copies of documentation can be provided to clients on request.
UK & European Operations
Cool-Air operates across the United Kingdom, and we also have access to experienced Europe-based operators in most European countries.
Where work takes place outside the UK, flights are conducted in line with local aviation laws and permit requirements for that specific country.

If we believe conditions are unsafe or non-compliant, the flight will be postponed or alternative arrangements will be discussed.
